I want to take the time to say, again, to all of you at Ducky's, Thank you so much for everything!!! I can't say that enough right now!!! To anybody that does read this too, I highly recommend that if you are in the market for a new boat, Look here first. I had talked with other dealers in my area of central Illinois and nobody, I mean NOBODY took the time like these guys here at Ducky's to help me build the ultimate Duck hunting and bass fishing rig!! I emailed them and within a week they had the perfect boat all set up the way i ordered, and now I could not be any happier. They stayed past hours on a Friday night to wait for me to get their and do my signing and that said a lot for me on their customer quality. In the future, even though it was a 788mile one way trip, I WILL be doing business with you again? Your customer quality is above all and sets a bar that nobody can top. "Hello Steve, Tom III and all at Ducky's Boats.
My brother and I just returned from an expedition of a lifetime up into The Arctic National Wildlife Refuge in northern Alaska. We were on the rivers for three weeks and covered over 750 miles in the SeaArk. We saw grizzlies, wolves, moose and hundreds of caribou. My brother took a very nice caribou and I shot a large wolf. (Too far up the creek to bring back a moose or more caribou.) We had good weather with only a little snow and rain and the rivers were higher than normal, lucky us!
Anyway, just wanted too say thank you all for getting us squared away with our new boat. You guys made good on everything we talked about on the phone, and made this whole trip possible for us by doing everything in an expeditious manner. The "Ark" worked even better than we had hoped for. The tunnel hull no doubt kept us from ripping the foot off the jet countless times as we grounded out, overloaded, onto 12" cobbles. After using the tunnel hull I would never again consider buying an outboard riverboat without one. There are just no drawbacks.

"I had been shopping for a Hurricane Sundeck Sport for nearly 18 months, and while searching the internet I came accross an add for Ducky's Boats. I was impressed that within 4 hours of my e-mail inquiry I received a personal call from Tom Jr, who was interested in what I wanted, not what he wanted to sell me. The deal at Ducky's was un-beatable, and believe me I had shopped around with at least 5 other Hurricane dealers who couldn't even come close. Tom Jr. was very knowledgable about the entire Hurricane line and had no problem easily answering any of my questions. Everyone that I encountered at Ducky's was friendly and professional, and the entire purchasing experience overall was really super. I would definitely purchase another boat from Tom, Jr and Ducky's Boats."

"Very satisfied with the dealership, Tom Jr., his son and all of the other employees I interacted with. I had driven in from out of town to look at a used boat. We agreed on a very fair deal and Tom's team went overboard to address to the needs of preparing the boat to go home with me the same day.
Maybe you should consider putting magnetic business cards on the boat trailers you sell - then I could easily pass on your info to other boaters at the boat launch....

"when i first called to inquire about the boat, i was looking at an outboard, i could nt stay, had to go to work, steve called me the next day, he gave me the whole run down about the different boats, he mentioned that they had a used predator with a new mtor in my price range, back into the truck and off the ducky's, 1 hour and 25 minutes we were looking at the predator. after sitting with evelyn about he price i purchased that boat. the next saturday off to ducky's, truck and old boat in tow, 1 hour and 25 minutes later we were at ducky's again, this time to pick up the predator. after a short time we took it out and it ran great........not sorry at all, great dealership..........highly recommended."
